New Student Registration

Welcome!

 

Please use the link below to register your child for the upcoming 2025/2026 school year. This registration is for students who are new to the Winslow Unified School District—those who have never been enrolled or who have not completed previous school years.

We understand that you may already have students currently enrolled. However, registration for returning students is not open at this time.

📋 Required Documents (Digital Format Preferred):

1. Proof of Age

  • Birth Certificate

2. Proof of Tribal Affiliation (if applicable)

  • Certificate of Indian Blood (CIB)

3. Proof of Residency (any one of the following):

  • Valid Arizona driver’s license or ID card

  • Arizona motor vehicle registration

  • Arizona Address Confidentiality Program Authorization Card

  • Real estate deed or mortgage documents

  • Property tax bill

  • Residential lease or rental agreement

  • Utility bill (water, electric, gas, cable, or phone)

  • Bank or credit card statement

  • W-2 wage statement

  • Payroll stub

  • Temporary on-base billeting document

  • Certificate of tribal enrollment (506 Form) or other tribal-issued ID

  • Documentation from a state, tribal, or federal government agency

 

If none of the above are available:
You may provide a notarized affidavit from an Arizona resident stating that you and your child live with them.

 

4. Immunization Records

  • Proof of current immunizations

No problem—just bring the required documents to your child’s school. Staff will assist you with uploading the information.
