Online Student Registration for 2024-2025 School Year

Welcome,

Please follow the below information to register your children for the 2024-2025 school year.  This process is taking the place of the old paper forms we send out every year for you to update your information.

 

 

Existing/Returning Students See Below:

 

If your child currently attends (they were enrolled sometime during the 2023-2024 school year AND completed the 2023-2024 school year), please proceed with the below steps:

 

How do I get started?
Visit 
https://ps.wusd1.org/public/

  • Log into PowerSchool Parent Portal
  • Select the student you wish to register along the top of the screen
  • Under Navigation, Select the "Returning Student Registration" icon on the left side for 2024-2025.
  • Verify the Student’s Birthday
  • Begin Completing Form

 

Forms must be completed for each student.

 

New to District/ Returning students who did not complete the 2023-2024 School Year at WUSD  CLICK HERE

 

 

 

Required Documents in Digital Format

  • Birth Certificate
  • CIB (if applicable)
  • Proof of Residency (Accepted Proof listed Below)

Valid Arizona driver's license, Arizona identification card, or motor vehicle registration

Valid Arizona Address Confidentiality Program Authorization Card

Real estate deed or mortgage documents

Property Tax Bill

Residential lease or rental agreement

Water, Electric, Gas, Cable, Phone Bill

Bank or Credit Card statement

W-2 wage statement

Temporary On-base billeting

Payroll stub

Certificate of tribal enrollment (506 Form) or other identification issued by a recognized Indian tribe in Arizona

Documentation from a state, tribal or federal government agency.

I am currently unable to provide any foregoing documents. Therefore, I have provided an original affidavit signed and notarized by an Arizona resident who attests that I have established residence in Arizona with the person signing the affidavit.

If you are unable to electronically submit the above information, that is ok, just bring the documentation to your Child’s school and they will upload the needed files.
