Briana Conatser was born and raised right here in Winslow. She is happy to be back here this year, but in a brand new capacity--academic coach! BC has taught ELA in various school districts across the state at a variety of grade levels, but she considers Winslow to be her "home court". She's been teaching for 10 years. BC has a BA in English from ASU, an M.Ed. in Educational Administration from GCU, and she has just completed her dissertation for her Ed. D. in Organizational Development with a study on teacher retention and support strategies. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing and coaching sports, spending time at the Creek, and traveling. She is looking forward to working with new and veteran teachers this year. Her motto is, "Better every day!"
